Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location, while expedited options are available at checkout.

What is your return policy for helmets and body armor?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that for safety reasons, any gear that has been used in a crash or shows signs of wear cannot be returned.

Are Leatt products covered by a warranty?

Yes, all Leatt products are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage resulting from crashes or improper maintenance.

How should I clean and maintain my neck brace or body protector?

Most of our gear can be cleaned using a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid using high-pressure washers or harsh chemicals, and always air dry away from direct heat sources to maintain material integrity.
